The business opportunity
Independent Representatives may sponsor retail customers and other representatives, build a binary network, and earn according to company-approved compensation rules.
Retail profit

Step commissions
Published USD amounts when both legs of a Tracking Center reach required business volume. Unused qualifying volume may carry forward under plan rules.

Your registration journey
Eight clear steps from application to an active account. Requirements below reflect published company policy.
- You must be at least 18. Age is verified from your date of birth.
- An active sponsor's member code is required. You cannot sponsor yourself, and your sponsor cannot be changed later.
- The registration fee is USD 10.00. A promotional fee waiver is not active at this time.
- Your account remains pending until payment is verified by a finance officer�or waived under an active campaign.
- After enrollment you receive three Tracking Centers (maximum 100). Additional centers are granted by the company when approved.
- Your sponsor places your root center on an available left or right position. There is no automatic spillover placement.
- Activation, once achieved, is retained. Qualification may be lost if a return removes required volume.
- Cash-out requires approved identity verification. Purchasing products does not require KYC.

Carry forward
Qualifying volume not used in a period remains on the center when plan rules allow—it does not expire arbitrarily.
Beyond step 5
Continuation after step five requires a company-approved extension to the published plan.

Where is SPARK GLOBAL launching?
The confirmed launch country is Tanzania. Registration can be offered globally, while product sales stay in the country where that product is published.
Who can register?
A person aged 18 or older may register as a retail customer or as an Independent Representative. A retail customer can buy products without becoming a representative. Representative registration uses the referring member code.
What is the registration fee?
The confirmed Independent Representative fee is USD 10. It is charged only after a real payment is verified, unless an administrator has activated a free-registration campaign with start and end dates. Retail customer registration has no representative fee.
What are Tracking Centers?
After the registration fee is verified, a representative receives three Tracking Centers in a header arrangement. Each center qualifies with at least 1 QUV. A member can hold up to 100 centers. Additional centers are issued only by the company because the fee and conditions are not approved.
How does the Elite Plan pay step commission?
The Elite table is the confirmed step table. Payout runs stay blocked until the weekly maximum, tax rate, company fee, commission week, and rank-amount reconciliation are approved. Unused volume carries forward and does not expire.
When can a member withdraw?
The confirmed minimum is 1 USD. KYC must be approved before cash-out. No mobile-money API is connected, so withdrawals are reviewed and paid manually by an authorized finance officer.
